- Registration: You may register for an account using a username, email, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Guest Access: Non-registered users can use the Service with limited features.

4. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes, including generating content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on others' rights.

- Upload files containing malware, viruses, or harmful content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to access the Service’s source code or underlying AI models.
- Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Service without permission.
5. Content Ownership and Responsibility
- Your Content: You retain ownership of the messages, prompts, and files you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and display it as necessary to provide the Service.
- AI-Generated Content: Content generated by AI models is provided "as is." You are responsible for verifying its accuracy and ensuring its use complies with applicable laws.
- Third-Party Providers: Your content may be processed by third-party AI providers, subject to their terms and policies.
6. Subscription Plans and Payments
The Service offers free and premium plans, as detailed in the Pricing modal. For premium plans:
- Payments are processed through a third-party provider.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice via email or the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by SFWEB or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent, except as permitted by these Terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay for premium services. You may delete your account or clear your chat history via the Settings modal or by contacting us at [email protected].
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service or AI-generated content. Third-party AI providers may impose additional limitations or downtime.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SFWEB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SFWEB harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Quebec, Canada, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
